Do you sell to individuals or the general public?

No we deal with businesses, organisations, community organisations and teams who buy bulk quantities.
We only sell to individuals if they want to buy bulk quantities
e.g. 50 caps or 1000 plastic pens, or 500 rulers or 50 t-shirts.

 

Lead-times

How long do orders usually take?
This varies for most products, e.g. embroidered caps take 2 – 3 weeks from artwork approval.

Most products take around 3 weeks from artwork approval.
Metal Keyrings take around 6 weeks

 

What is meant by artwork?

Finished artwork is an exact copy of the print or decoration that will appear on the product you require this may be a film positive or negative.  This depends on the type of product and decoration method being used.
The artwork in where applicable must be colour separated, to be considered finished artwork.  A.ABOUT FACE Promotional Products can take of artwork for you and you will get an artwork approval sign off before any print or decoration commences.

 

What is meant by how many print colours?

Depending on your logo and how many colours are in your logo e.g. if your logo is green and yellow then that is a two colour print.  Some products can only be printed in one colour.
In some cases where there is shading in the logo this may be counted as another colour depending on the printing process used for that particular product.

 

Are all the products available displayed on this website?

No the products displayed on the website are an example of the products available there are thousands products available basically anything that can be printed, etched, engraved or embroidered can be used as a promotional product.

 

If we require product/s that are unusual can you help us with that?

Yes just contact our staff and they will assist you in finding the right product to meet your needs.
Products can also be made completely to your specifications (quantity restrictions may apply)
